Please note that software, consumables, and digital products are non-returnable once activated or downloaded.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage after delivery.
Items that show signs of installation or tampering.
Customized or special-order items made at the customer’s request.
Opened software packages, digital keys, or license codes.
To initiate a return:

Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
